Unfortunately, Hummer is no longer sold in Australia. General Motors, the parent company of Hummer, discontinued the brand in 2010.
Hummer is a brand of trucks and SUVs that was originally produced by AM General Corporation for the United States military.
The first civilian Hummer was produced in 1992 and was sold under the name "Hummer H1".
General Motors bought the brand in 1998 and expanded the Hummer lineup with the introduction of the Hummer H2 and H3.
Hummer vehicles are known for their rugged, off-road capabilities and military-inspired design.
The Hummer H1 was featured in the 1998 film "Godzilla" and the 1996 film "Striptease".
The Hummer H2 was featured in the 2008 film "The Dark Knight".
The Hummer brand was discontinued in 2010 as a result of General Motors' bankruptcy and restructuring.
In 2020, General Motors announced that the Hummer brand would be revived as an all-electric pickup truck.
The new electric Hummer pickup truck is expected to go on sale in the United States in 2022.
Despite the discontinuation of the brand, Hummer vehicles continue to have a strong following among off-road enthusiasts and collectors.
